Delete branch "fix/axis-b-static-ci"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Problem
The deterministic Axis B fixture contract test exists but was not exercised in PR CI, so known parity and cleanup assertions could regress without a merge-time signal.
Change
Add Bash syntax validation and the existing static fixture contract test to the Rust CI job. This is an inexpensive source/fixture check; it is not the public deployed
rly.bestlive gate and cannot unblock the current v2.6.0needs_humanstate.Validation
bash -n scripts/v240-axis-b-ivnp-smoke.shbash scripts/test-v240-axis-b-ivnp-smoke.sh(passed)git diff --check(passed)Risk
The test is currently pinned to v2.5 fixture markers and must be updated with any protocol-current retarget. Production topology approval and trusted public-path verification remain separate blockers.
