Marks v2.6.4+rs.1 as the current production release (RELEASE.md step 8).

  • README: current production, latest, and tag list.
  • docs/unsupported-features.md: v2.6.4 release status now records the public live-gate evidence of the exact v2.6.4+rs.1-dev.1 image (official v2.6.4, v2.6.3, v2.6.1 native nonce round-trips, v2.6.4 browser/WASM over WebSocket/yamux, keyless TLS, --overlay direct fallback, no overlay advertisement); v2.6.3 evidence is kept as the previous production; the interoperability window notes v2.6.0 was last live-verified for v2.6.3+rs.1.
